This team brings together over five decades of combined experience. Hanno Burger founded Tenubah Technologies, known as TenuTech, in 2020. Gustave du Bois and Schalk Burger, who initially acted as silent partners, joined in full-time shortly after. We get things done. We are not afraid of big obstacles, we tackle them head-on and ensure things happen quickly and effectively. This makes us a reliable and successful team.
Despite being in a wheelchair for twelve years due to a cognitive illness, Hanno’s journey of resilience and belief is nothing short of astonishing. A creative builder at heart, Hanno founded Tenubah Technologies, TenuTech, in 2020, inspired by his own journey and the desire to share its fruits with others. Holding a BSc in Computing Science, Hanno leads TenuTech as CEO, ensuring that every major decision aligns with the company’s vision.
Hanno’s passion for automation and efficiencies completes this team, with the ultimate goal to making things better and solving and eliminating problems. He also studied BCom Accounting, adding a solid base to his expertise. His creativity has no limits, and with his passion for people, life, and his commitment to his faith, TenuTech is built on a strong foundation.
Schalk holds both a BCom and BSc degree, combining business acumen with deep technical expertise. As TenuTech’s lead technical architect and systems integration expert, Schalk plays a critical role in translating complex business needs into powerful, scalable software solutions.
With a rare ability to understand both functional requirements and technical constraints, Schalk ensures that every solution is not only technically sound but also aligned with the client’s vision. His experience spans across enterprise architecture, system design, and seamless integration between platforms, making him a cornerstone in bringing ideas to life with precision and clarity.
Gustave played a key role in shaping the practical solutions that led to the creation of our flagship E-Recruiter system. With a keen eye for identifying business challenges, he excels at gathering requirements, uncovering pain points, and crafting effective strategies to solve them.
Gustave studied BCom Law and completed his attorney articles in Stellenbosch in 2016. Afterward, he developed his creative skills by co-managing a restaurant group. An enthusiast of the untamed bush, Gustave has also played and coached water polo at a provincial level.
Roelf is TenuTech’s strategic backbone when it comes to financial planning and business development. As Financial Director, he ensures our operations are financially sound, scalable, and aligned with long-term objectives.
But Roelf’s value extends beyond the numbers — he is instrumental in driving growth through strategic market analysis, pricing strategies, and business partnerships. With a keen understanding of both financial and commercial landscapes, Roelf helps position TenuTech not only as a sustainable company but as a forward-thinking industry leader.
Shadley is an experienced full stack developer with a passion for elegant architecture and scalable solutions. He plays a key role in translating product visions into robust applications, bridging the gap between front-end interaction and back-end logic. Known for his strong work ethic and technical leadership, Shadley brings deep knowledge across frameworks and technologies, making him a vital contributor to complex builds and performance-driven systems. His ability to work across disciplines, troubleshoot edge cases, and ship reliable features makes him a cornerstone of our engineering team.
Junade is a dynamic and solution-oriented full stack developer with a talent for learning fast and thinking creatively. Whether he’s building new features, debugging tough issues, or contributing to architectural decisions, he approaches every challenge with curiosity and resourcefulness.
